Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Myanmar meets the Union Minister of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar

The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Myanmar, Prabashini Ponnamperuma met H.E. U Than Swe, the Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of Myanmar on 11th March 2026, in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar and discussed bilaterally important matters relevant to Sri Lanka and Myanmar, including collaboration in the sectors of trade, agriculture, services and other economically important areas in addition to religious and cultural cooperation and repatriation of trapped Sri Lankans in Myawaddy, Myanmar.
